What to Include in Your Request
You don’t need to know what the problem is called. Describe what you’re seeing, and the details below will help us understand the job before we talk:
- Photos. One wide shot that shows where the problem sits on the house or yard, and two or three close ups.
- Where it is. Front wall, chimney, back steps, a garden wall along the driveway.
- Rough size. The length and height of a wall, the number of steps, or whether the chimney is on a one or two story house.
- Access. Gates, pets, a fenced yard, a steep roof or a tight side yard.
- What changed. When you first noticed it, and whether it got worse after a storm.
- Your city or neighborhood, and the times that work best for you.
